Skylife Garden of Olives

The Tenant agrees to abide by all building and property regulations which include, but are not limited to:
● No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
● Restrictions on Gatherings: Hosting parties or events is forbidden without prior written permission from the Landlord.
● Guest Limitations: The Tenant is not permitted to have extra guests stay overnight at the property without explicit prior permission from the Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Please note that the price does not include the tourist tax fee of €6.00 per night per person (children under 10 years old are exempt) paid in cash upon arrival.
